Use a Window Plug to Stop Outside Noise From Entering Your Bedroom

Up to 90% of exterior noise enters through the doors and windows of a home. Using window plugs or inserts on your bedroom windows is an inexpensive and highly effective way to reduce unwanted noise from entering.

A window plug is a removable foam insert that fills the window frame to block noise (and light) from entering through the window. Since it can be made removable, it can be placed into the window frame at night or when you want to sleep and removed during the day so you can have light enter the bedroom.
