Sleeping Bag Comfort Ratings -- Based on Data From Over 1,350 Actual Owners

Based on owner data, rectangular sleeping bags overall are considered more comfortable than mummy bags. This is mainly because rectangle bags offer more space inside, a wider variety of sleeping positions, and generally better sleep quality.
