Tempur-pedic Warranty & Return Policy
Owners generally give Tempurpedic acceptable or good ratings for its warranty.
The warranty is similar to several other memory foam mattress brands. It provides non-prorated coverage for the first 10 years, followed by prorated coverage for the next 10 years.
Tempurpedic likely has the best sagging coverage of any mattress brand, memory foam or otherwise; while other brands often require more than 1.25 inches of noticeable sagging before coverage begins, Tempurpedic requires only more than .75 inch.
In addition, their "A+" Better Business Bureau rating suggests that they generally stand behind their warranty.
Their warranty does not cover excessive softening, however, which can be just as much of a problem as excessive sagging, say owners.
Tempurpedic's return policy when buying directly from them (by phone or online) generally gets mixed ratings. It consists of a 90-day trial period in which if you do not like the product you can send it back for an exchange or refund. While owners like this aspect, they do not like that they must pay for the return shipping in many cases. Return shipping fees can range from $200-$325.

Love Making Suitability
Owners are generally split in regard to the suitability of Tempurpedic high density mattresses (Rhapsody, Allura, Grand) for love making. Sleeping Positions and Tempurpedic
Owner data tends to show that the Tempurpedic mattress is somewhat best suited for back sleepers; they tend to have fewer complaints regarding comfort and support. It should be pointed out that this is generally true for all mattresses.
Tempurpedic Suitability For Men And Women
The majority of both male and female owners approve of their Tempurpedic bed. Females, however, are more likely than males to not like the bed by at least a 2-1 margin. Women are more likely than men to find the mattress too firm, and therefore uncomfortable. Women also are more likely to complain about the bed acting as a heat trap.
