Owner satisfaction	Poor	Based on a sample size of over 90 owners, Vera Wang innerspring-based mattresses have 62% owner satisfaction. This rating is similar to most other innerspring bed brands. Based on a sample size of 10 owners, Vera Wang latex-based mattresses have 30% owner satisfaction.
Durability / longevity	Poor	The main cause of owner dissatisfaction for both types of Vera Wang mattresses (innerspring and latex) is premature sagging, which is a loss of support that develops within three years and tends to make the bed uncomfortable.
Price	Poor	The beds usually have a price tag between $1300-$3200. This is a higher-than-average price range. At least one-third of owner reviews report that the benefits received from the mattress do not live up to the price, i.e., the value is questionable or poor.
